I love to meet and work with new people.

I tend to work in my Health & Wellbeing business on Mondays and Wednesdays and my Coaching & Consulting business on Tuesdays and Thursdays but this can vary.

I live in West London and my timezone is GMT although I do work with clients in other time zones too, especially as I use technology in my coaching and consultancy business.
